The problem of biology is not to stand aghast at the complexity, but to conquer it.
The SysMIC team invites you to join our 2016 Training Workshop on computational modelling for bio-research.
The subject of this year's workshop is Biological Rhythms. We picked this topic to allow you to train in a range of tools and concepts including mathematics, computation and engineering and gain a better understanding of the underlying biology. These are key skills for bio-research in the 21st century, and through this workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn new things, share your knowledge and insights, interact with like-minded researchers and enjoy the beautiful venue.
The workshop is based on SysMIC modules 1 and 2, and includes:
The fee is heavily subsidised and is inclusive of the workshop cost, accommodation for 2 nights, and meals (includes vegetarian choices). For special dietary requirements, please get in touch.
Places are strictly limited to 50 participants and are assigned upon the receipt of the registration fee. We would therefore recommend you complete the registration [NOW CLOSED] as soon as possible.
